Job Description

Manage and oversee the reservations department, ensuring smooth operations and high levels of customer satisfaction. Develop and implement strategies to maximize revenue through effective room inventory management and pricing strategies. Train and supervise reservation agents, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service. Monitor reservation systems and processes to identify and resolve any issues or bottlenecks. Collaborate with other departments such as sales and marketing to develop and implement promotional campaigns and packages. Stay updated on industry trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for improvement and growth. Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues or problems related to reservations. Prepare and analyze reservation reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement. Develop and maintain relationships with travel agencies, corporate clients, and other key partners. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as legal and regulatory requirements.
