Job Description

Supervise and manage the daily operations of the front desk and reception area. Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction. Train and develop front office staff to provide efficient and professional service. Monitor and coordinate room reservations and guest check-ins and check-outs. Handle guest complaints and resolve any issues or conflicts. Maintain and update guest records and ensure accurate billing and payment processing. Manage and oversee the cleanliness and appearance of the front desk and lobby area. Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Assist with administrative tasks and provide support to the hotel management team.
