We are currently looking for Digital Marketing expert to join our team in Abu Dhabi. Responsible for listing property ads in property portals and social media such as Property finder, Dubizzle and Bayut Familiarity with Propspace You will be responsible in generating leads, updating property portfolios, maintaining company website as well as developing competitive advertising. Responsible for creating advertising campaigns, pricing strategies, and targeting the demographic data of their target audience. Identifying new opportunities and having the initiative to build new collaboration. Collate competitor research to assist in market awareness. Promoting and marketing the company and its product/brand in the market. Developing new marketing plans and ideas. The ability to come up with new alternatives plans based on the market changes. Contribute towards Continuous improvements. Designing advertisement and creating emails for business purposes. Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights. Coordinating the marketing campaign for each listing, including working with agents to stage the property and support agents for advertisement Coordinating with the Property Coordinators for the units in submission for Verified Listing / TruCheck Ensuring preparation and submission of marketing collaterals Assisting in the development and distribution of marketing and promotional marketing collaterals Establishing good rapport and relationship with clients and internal counterparts Assisting and answering social media platforms (Facebook & Instagram) inquiries & comments Providing the leads received from portals to Quality Assurance department
