· End-user computing with strong experience in Windows Support, Enterprise server Administration, and Azure Infrastructure. · Triage, resolve, or escalate operational support tickets. · Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, servers, networks, printers, scanners, etc. · Provide documentation and technical specifications to IT staff for planning and implementing new or upgrades of IT infrastructure. · Perform or delegate regular backup operations and implement appropriate processes for data protection, disaster recovery, and failover procedures. · Good understanding of daily tasks based on Microsoft technologies. · Good understanding of LAN/WAN/TCP/IP, AD, DNS, DHCP, File server, print server, VMWare, and Exchange (0365) with a major understanding of ITIL processes. · Preventive / Corrective maintenance of MacOS, Windows, Linux, etc. Responsible for Managing and Maintaining operating system Endpoint Protection/encryption at the desktop level. · Proficient with Windows server 2016/2019, ESXI host, VDI Infrastructure, and Azure Infrastructure. · Managing and Maintaining Infrastructure equipment for meetings and conference purposes. · Knowledge of data center processes alignments to ITIL best practices. · Hands-on experience in Next Generation Firewall management, Networking, Routing and Switching (Wired/Wireless), VOIP Phone Systems. · Strong understanding of Advanced network infrastructure and outage issues. · Good Knowledge of Hardware like Cisco (Routers, Firewall, Switches), Dell, HP, and Fortinet is required. · Experience with Network monitoring tools and analytical skills for log verification and finding the root cause of issues. · Working with different WIFI devices (Aruba, Meraki, Aerohive, Unify-Ubiquiti, etc.) · Understanding of Azure IaaS, SaaS, PaaS, Serverless. Storage Administration (SAN, NAS). · Understanding server virtualization, AWS support experience, VMware on AWS, and VMware-vSphere Administration experience. · Perform routine system administration duties in a Windows Active Directory environment and daily backup tasks.
