Job Description | Brand Manager Job Overview: The Brand Manager will own & champion brand strategies, product & commercial innovations within the set guidelines of brands’ portfolio. He / she will be primarily responsible for developing marketing strategies and capabilities focusing on finding new business leads and to engage customers across various marketing channels (Modern, Traditional, Pharmacy & Omnichannel) while maintaining brand integrity in every aspect. Key Responsibilities: Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights. Shape and communicate company vision and mission. Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates. Carry out market research to keep up to date with customer trends, competitor activities. Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities. Developing and maintaining social media platforms and digital campaigns and monitor consumer engagement. Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns and assess ROI & KPIs. Manage marketing budget and demonstrate efficient and effective investment approach. Collaborate with sales team & monitor stock level, sales volume, revenues and cost against forecast and adapt plans to improve the sales performance of the products and services. Develop innovative growth strategies. Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics. Presenting performance reports to senior management on regular basis.
