Prepare and review cost estimates and budgets for mechanical projects. Conduct quantity take-offs and prepare bills of quantities. Assess and evaluate subcontractor quotations. Manage and negotiate contracts with subcontractors and suppliers. Monitor project costs and ensure adherence to budgets. Provide guidance and support to junior quantity surveyors.
