Job Summary: As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for cultivating and maintaining strong relationships with key clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. Your primary focus will be on managing and growing business within the telecommunications sector, specifically targeting key accounts. This role requires a deep understanding of the telecommunications industry, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to collaborate across departments to meet customer needs. Responsibilities: 1) Client Relationship Management: Develop and nurture strong relationships with key clients in the telecommunications sector. Act as the main point of contact for key accounts, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. Ensure customer satisfaction through regular communication and engagement. 2) Account Growth and Retention: Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling telecommunications products and services. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored solutions that meet the unique needs of key clients. Monitor account performance and take proactive measures to ensure retention and growth. 3) Strategic Planning: Develop and implement strategic account plans aligned with the overall business objectives of Etisalat. Stay informed about industry trends and competitive offerings to provide clients with relevant and innovative solutions. 4) Contract Negotiation and Renewal: Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with key clients to maximize revenue and profitability. Manage contract renewals and proactively address potential issues to secure long-term partnerships. 5) Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, technical support, and finance, to ensure seamless service delivery. Communicate effectively with key stakeholders to provide updates on account status, issues, and opportunities.
