Looking for Assistant Food and Beverage Manager/ Supervisor to coordinate all aspect of Food and Beverage operations in properties with all relevant parties to ensure the smooth running of all kitchen, service and back of house. · Set the dining area and tables according to 5-star standards and norms. Cater for large parties and other such events and manage team of waiters to deliver exceptional quality of serving. Pay attention to the finest details of serving. · Serve food and /Or beverages to principals and their guests; prepare & serve specialty dishes at tables as required.. · Provide fast, efficient and highly courteous services at all times. · Responsible for performance of all waitresses. Coach them on on-going basis. · Ensure the correct appearance of all of the dining and other food service areas. · Ensure all waitresses are smartly presented at all times and that they comply with the company’s personal appearance and uniform standards.. · Lead by example and promote efficiency, integrity, courtesy& an extremely high standard of quality.. Perform other duties as assigned by the Direct Manager.
