As our Sales Specialist in the biotech industry, you will be responsible for promoting and selling our range of filters and other consumable products to biotechnology research institutions, pharmaceutical companies, and bioprocessing facilities. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our customer base and increasing revenue in this niche market segment. We are looking for an Associate level professional who can be trained extensively to support the Biotech industry in UAE and Oman. Key Responsibilities: • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy for biotech consumables, including setting sales targets and objectives. • Market Analysis and Research: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. • Conduct research to understand the specific needs and challenges of potential customers in the biotech / Pharma Manufacturing sector. • Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers in the biotech industry. • Product Knowledge: Develop in-depth knowledge of our product portfolio, including filters, filtration systems, and other consumables. • Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for customers as needed. • Sales Presentations and Proposals: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals that highlight the value of our products. • Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and sales forecasts. • Customer Support: Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries, concerns, and post-sale support.
