Job purpose: To provide strategic vision and leadership and work with the shareholders in order to achieve group objectives. Provide strategic direction to the company in order to achieve short / long term strategy Work closely with the Management team to identify and pursue viable business opportunities Ensure the company’s vision/mission/values are cascaded and implemented across all departments/ employees Monitor the implementation of the annual budget to ensure that budget targets are met, revenue flows are maximized and expenses are managed Implement policies/procedures to ensure company complies with all environment, health, safety, quality and other statutory requirements Ensure competitive pricing strategy for projects and resolve key commercial and contractual matters, if any Seek opportunities to improve the company’s overall performance through process improvements, technology upgrades, cost reductions, and optimum utilization of assets Ensure business plans, annual budgets, capital expenditure reports, and monthly and quarterly reports are accurate and that variances to plan are examined in detail Monitor and evaluate the performance of the company and provide the necessary support to department heads to meet their objectives Set individual goals for all direct report, evaluate individual performance and provide regular feedback to continuously improve their performance
