Manage guest complaints and resolve issues in a timely and satisfactory manner. Coordinate with other hotel departments to ensure smooth operations and guest satisfaction. Maintain a clean and organized front desk area. Ensure compliance with hotel policies and procedures. Handle incoming calls and redirect them to the appropriate department or staff member. Provide excellent customer service to enhance the overall guest experience. Managing reservations and ensuring accurate and timely entry of guest information. Processing payments and handling cash and credit transactions. Assisting guests with transportation and arranging tours or activities. Maintaining a professional and friendly demeanor at all times.
