We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic Retail Sales Executive with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the UAE automotive spare parts industry to join our team. Responsibilities: Sales and Customer Service: Engage customers in a courteous and professional manner, provide product information, and assist them in finding the right automobile spare parts for their needs. Actively promote and sell products to meet or exceed sales targets, ensuring customer satisfaction and repeat business. Product Knowledge: Demonstrate a deep understanding of automobile spare parts, including their features, specifications, and applications, to effectively communicate with customers and address their inquiries. Stay updated on new products and industry trends, enabling effective communication with customers and addressing their inquiries. Inventory Management: Monitor and manage the stock levels of automobile spare parts, ensuring availability and timely replenishment to meet customer demands. Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by actively promoting products, upselling, and cross-selling to maximize revenue opportunities. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, providing excellent service to enhance customer loyalty and satisfaction. Address customer complaints and concerns promptly and professionally, striving for positive resolutions. Documentation: Maintain accurate sales records, including customer information, sales transactions, and inventory levels, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
