· Must have professional command on Arabic Language. · Take measurement of all kind of kandura with perfection and fill all fields of order form. · Place signature on the back of order form once it is complete. · Take special requirement of customer in order to avoid any alteration in kandura. · Always focus to satisfy customer needs and record their suggestions to improve our standard. · Be professional in delivery management of customer order. · follow production and delivery schedule given by factory to ensure the smooth operations. · Maintain grooming and presentable personality. · Maintain cleanliness of outlet premises, fit outs and maintain proper display as approved by company. · Follow instruction given by outlet in-charge. · MUST focus to sale all products available in sotre. · Follow company discipline, rules and regulation and avoid conflict of interest. · Must have good command on stock management. · Must have good command on POS software to record sales & deliveries. · Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers. · Update and close sales on daily basis. · Reconcile cash report with sales n bank deposit slip. · Follow sales promotion instruction and MUST memorise selling prices with latest offer. · Maintain cleanliness of catalogues and updated version of fabric in stock. · Must memorize other offers like Skyward Hours, ENBD instalment plan, ESAAD or any other corporate deal. · Maintain safe keeping of company assets. · Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs. · Establish, develop and maintain customer relationships. · Reach out to customer leads through cold calls. · Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize his satisfaction. · Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments. · Focus on customer nquiries, feed back and recommendations and report to operation manager. · Maintain Good enjoinment between staff · able to accomplishe any other task given by line manager.
