Job Description

We are looking for a chocolate chef who is able to develop and create chocolate and fillings from scratches. The ideal candidate for this role possesses a background in the art of chocolate making. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Create a variety of chocolate products such as truffles, bonbons, bars, and more. Craft fillings like Praline, Ganache, and Gianduja. Prepare and temper chocolate manually Performing all steps of our production: inspecting beans, roasting, cracking, winnowing, starting batches, tempering, foiling bars, and final packaging. Develop new recipes and innovative chocolate flavors to expand our product offerings Maintain a clean and organized workspace, ensuring health and safety standards. Monitor ingredient inventory, and manage stock levels. REQUIREMENTS: Proven experience as a Chocolate Chef or similar role. Strong artistic skills in designing visually appealing chocolates.
