Job Title: Cashier cum Sales (Hypermarket) Job Overview: We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-oriented individuals to join our team as a Cashier cum Sales associate. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling transactions at the cash register while providing exceptional customer service and support in sales activities. This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented, and personable individual who can efficiently manage transactions and contribute to our sales efforts. Responsibilities: Operate the cash register and handle sales transactions accurately and efficiently. Greet customers and assist them in a friendly and professional manner. Provide product information, assistance, and recommendations to customers. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the cash counter and sales floor. Process exchanges and returns in accordance with company policies. Support sales efforts by upselling or cross-selling products to enhance customer experience and maximize sales. Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and provide support in achieving departmental goals. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures, including security and confidentiality. Proficiency in operating a weighing scale in the vegetable department and handling roastery spices.
