Job Description: As a Tele Caller, you'll play a key role in reaching out to parents and schools to introduce and sell our Winter Camp programs. Responsibilities: Initiating and managing telephone communication with parents and schools. Recording essential information, maintaining documents, and tracking phone call interactions. Proficiency in computer skills for data entry, record keeping, and report generation. Excellent fluency in English with the ability to clearly convey the benefits of our Winter Camp programs. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage. Presenting a cheerful, spontaneous, kind, and calm personality when dealing with parents and guardians. Requirements: Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is a plus. Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written. The ability to speak Arabic is an advantage. Detail-oriented and proficient in basic computer applications. A passion for working with children and promoting our Winter Camp activities.
