Ensure Safety, Quality & Environment requirements of the yard and Project are met Determine Yard obligations against Contract, contract documentation, applicable codes and standards and assure that same is communicated to stakeholders and implemented in project execution. Define the project requirements and performance criteria and establish targets to project team and ensure that project meets those targets. Responsible for identification, documentation, assessment and management of risks associated to project execution, including continuous monitoring and reporting in organized manner to senior management. Ensure that change / variation orders for the project are identified, documented, submitted and tracked in organized manner. To liaise with the procurement supply chain that all the materials / equipment required for the project execution are delivered in accordance with the project plan and budget. Maintain effective communication between the client and the project team. Identify and resolve the conflicts and resolve the bottle necks in the project. Systematically track project productivity and schedule, report same and prepare contingency plans when required. Supervise, coach/ mentor and motivate the project team members in order to enhance their capabilities and performance. Identify lessons learned and propose improvement/mitigation actions for improvement. Improvement and development of department process and procedures
