Job Description

Oversee the recruitment process for real estate agents and support staff in the Gulf region, including job postings, candidate sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding. Address and resolve employee relations issues while promoting a harmonious workplace culture. Maintain HR records and documentation in accordance with Gulf region labor laws and company policies. Ensure strict compliance with local labor laws, regulations, and industry-specific requirements. Administer benefits, leave, and compensation programs, aligning them with regional standards. Develop and deliver HR training programs on topics relevant to the Gulf real estate market. Collaborate with local management to address regional staffing needs and develop HR strategies in line with company objectives. Qualifications: Proven HR experience, with in-depth knowledge of HR practices specific to the Gulf region. Familiarity with Gulf region labor laws and regulatory compliance. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and attention-to-detail abilities. Adaptability to the unique dynamics of the Gulf real estate industry. HR certification or relevant qualifications are a plus.
