Summary: We are looking for an experienced MEP Estimator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4+ years of similar experience in the UAE as an MEP Estimator with construction or fit out companies, and must be a graduate engineer in Electrical or Mechanical from a reputed university. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate and detailed cost estimates for MEP projects, as well as providing cost engineering support to project managers and other team members. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Prepare accurate and detailed cost estimates for MEP projects, including:Reviewing and analyzing project drawings and specifications Identifying and quantifying all MEP materials and labor requirements Obtaining and evaluating subcontractor quotes Compiling cost estimates in accordance with company standards and procedures Assist with the preparation of bid documents and presentations Monitor and track project costs throughout the construction process Provide cost engineering support to project managers and other team members Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and developments in the MEP construction industry
