Lead and supervise a team of cleaners to ensure that all cleaning tasks are completed to the highest standards. Develop and implement cleaning schedules and procedures. Train and coach new cleaners on cleaning techniques and procedures. Monitor and evaluate the performance of team members and provide feedback as needed. Ensure that all cleaning equipment is properly maintained and used safely. Order and replenish cleaning supplies as needed. Respond to customer complaints and inquiries. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Perform other duties as assigned by the Cleaning Supervisor.
