Job Description

Ensure housekeeping staff deliver cleaning services safely and in accordance with specific task instructions as presented by their supervisor. Ensure all housekeeping staff wears Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as instructed and work assignments are completed in a safe manner. Ensure work assignments are completed within the specified time frame. Take the necessary instructions regarding housekeeping operations as directed by FM management. Ensure relevant community rules are completely understood and do daily briefings to staff on site. Maintain discipline of all housekeeping staff within remit and area of responsibility. Respond efficiently and effectively to all housekeeping related incidents. Mentor all direct reports, identify and correct areas for improvement. Communicate on all business and operational related information with all housekeeping staff. Support health and safety co-coordinators at site level; to ensure all housekeeping staff is fully conversant with specific hazardous tasks. Deliver cleaning services to pro-actively support housekeeping operations at site specific locations. Ensure critical, potential business related issues and/or information are communicated effectively to both Site FM Management and Area Operations Manager.
