The ideal candidate will have a passion for the equestrian industry, strong business development skills, and a proven track record of managing technology platforms. Key Responsibilities: 1. Business Development: Identify, approach, and onboard stables and equestrian centers onto our platform. Establish strategic partnerships and collaborations within the equestrian industry. Develop and execute a growth strategy to expand our user base. 2. User Engagement and Marketing: Ensure riders actively use the application to book classes. Plan and execute marketing campaigns to attract and retain stables, equestrian centers, and riders. Utilize social media and other digital channels to promote the application. 3. Stable and Rider Management: Oversee the registration process for stables, equestrian centers, and riders. Maintain accurate and up-to-date information on the platform. Verify rider profiles and credentials. 4. Class Booking Management: Monitor and optimize the class booking system for seamless functionality. Address technical issues related to class bookings promptly. Improve the overall user experience for both stables/centers and riders. 5. Data Analysis and Optimization: Analyze user data, booking trends, and user feedback to make data-driven decisions.
