Key Responsibilities Derive Operation & Maintenance plan and activities from ISS strategy, define services Revise and update O&S plan based on experiences and changes Support the setup TST, PMT and UHD services, service level agreements (SLA) and work organization and push optimization Manage the remote maintenance activities Install and perform Problem Management / Failure Reporting and Critical Analysis System (FRACAS) and continuous improvement Support the definition of technical training for Airbus DS UHD staff and operators Supervise and technically guide the performance of TST, PMT and UHD and execute the escalation and de-escalation process. Setup and operate the central support units User Help Desk (UHD). Establish the SIE CMDB within the SIE UHD. Establish and improve the maintenance contracts with Airbus subcontractors Definition of requirements for Supply Support from the O&S point of view (e.g. warehousing) Report ISS performance to the Airbus O&S Manager. Delivery of high quality technical support in order to ensure efficient system availability Monitoring SLAs. Track and maintain warranty register for the SIE equipment. Monitoring of System HW/SW obsolescence Education BSc in Electrical/Mechanical/Computer Engineering, Business Administration, IT or in related field. Practical experience: 5 years in service management or IT service management Strong experience in: Leading a customer service organization, or comparable MRO organization Experience in working within a customer oriented environment Strong understanding of performance and quality assurance management and support General computer literacy Strong understanding of MRO management and Training matters Ability to convince other executives and team members Understanding of large and complex projects Essential: MS Office ITIL v3 • Databases This job requires an awareness of any potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity, as the foundation for the Company’s success, reputation and sustainable growth.
