We will rely on you to: Manage and maintain executives' calendars, scheduling appointments and meetings. Coordinate travel arrangements and prepare itineraries. Conduct research and compile data for reports and presentations. Attend meetings and record minutes. Assist business leaders and colleagues with a variety of general administrative tasks as assigned. Provide general administrative support, such as answering phones and greeting visitors. What you need to have: Minimum 4 years of experience within relevant work. Experience from Insurance/consulting industry is a plus. Excellent Proficiency in MS Office. Fluency in English both written and oral. Arabic is a plus.
