A leading Trading & Manufacturing company is looking forward to fill the position of General Manager. The ideal candidate should be a Graduate in Business Administration or Equivalent / MBA
Must have overall Experience of 15 years with a Minimum of 5 years Managerial experience in a Manufacturing industry.
- Develop and implement business strategies to achieve company goals.
- Monitor day-to-day operations efficiently and optimize processes for maximum efficiency.
- Manage Budgets, Financial planning, and cost control.
- Supports company operations by maintaining office systems and managing staff.
- Designs and implements Policies by establishing standards and procedures.
- Guide and empower team to help reach targets and objectives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
- Recommend new product lines to meet new opportunities.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management, providing updates on company performance and progress.
