Looking to hire tele sales staff (females preferable on own visa / sponsor visa)

Can join immediately

Strong communication and active listening skills

English is must, Hindi and Arabic will be desirable but not mandatory.

Fix basic salary is 2500 - 3000 AED plus commission if deals mature.

Own visa preferable but not mandatory

At least graduate in any subject is must, experience in tele calling is required.

Responsibilities:

1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell available Real Estate inventory.

2. Identify and qualify leads, understanding customer needs, and effectively communicate product features and benefits.

3. Arrange meetings with sales agents on daily basis.

4. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including follow-up actions, in the CRM system.

5. Build and nurture positive relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.

6. Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings to effectively position Meer Group in the market.

7. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize overall business performance.

8. Provide excellent customer service, address queries, and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience in tele sales or a similar role.

2. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.

3. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

4. Results-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

5. Familiarity with CRM software and basic computer skills.

6. Excellent negotiation and convincing skills.

7. High level of self-motivation and resilience.

8. Availability to work flexible hours, if required.

9. English is must, Bilingual is plus.
