Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain regular contact with Developers, Investors, and Owners.
- Schedule meetings for property viewings with prospective buyers, and attend Developers Launches and events.
- Keep up to date with Product Knowledge, UAE Real Estate market.
- Provide excellent customer service and achieve sales targets set by the company.
- Able to work under pressure, grow a team, and build a business.
- Contributing to the team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
What we are looking for
- Strong Communication Skills in ENGLISH and ARABIC.
- Consulting and Customer Service skills
- Minimum One (1) year of UAE Real Estate Experience especially in the Off-plan & Resale Market
- Proven Sales experience
- Real Estate knowledge and understanding of the Dubai real estate market.
- Excellent presentation and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Able to work under pressure, grow a team, and build a business.
- Other Languages Speaker is a Plus Factor.
- Money-motivated, dedicated, and target-driven professional.
