1. Advising client on interior design factors such as space planning, layout and utilization of furnishings or equipment, and color coordination.
2. Preparing layout plans and shop-drawings
3. Preparing conceptional presentations including Mood boards prior client meetings
4. Preparing perspective freehand sketching for projects
5. Creating 3D renders using our existing kitchen software and visualizing softwires such as 3D Max and Photoshop
6. Using computer-aided drafting (CAD) and related software to produce construction documents (MEP drawings).
7. Preparing presentation boards
8. Estimate material requirements and costs, and present design to client for approval
9. Preparing quotations and any related documents
10. Procuring and maintaining samples from local suppliers
11. Site supervision / attending site meetings
12. Any other responsibilities as envisaged by the line manager from time to time.
13.Create, maintain and develop relationships with new and existing customers in person and via telephone calls and emails;
14 . Meeting clients as directed by line Manager
15. Being responsible for the junior designers and guiding them in their day to day tasks
