Important responsibilities in this role will include:

  • Generate leads and conduct outbound reach outs / messaging to prospective clients (calling, social media, etc.)
  • Manage current account and client relationships, providing a consultative approach
  • Help current clients discover new opportunities, identify cross-selling & up-selling opportunities and action them
  • Search for new business within current account and connections
  • Set up and attend client meetings / calls, organize, and run demos (if needed); ensure action items are noted, circulated, and worked upon
  • Design and execute sales campaigns on CRM systems (contact generation, feeding, dissemination); follow up with prospects and engage with them on a regular and timely basis
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders – product team, operations, sales and Marketing to discuss progress of sales campaigns and ensure their effectiveness
  • Own tactical engagements & accounts defined by the Regional Director
  • Stay actively involved in projects to make sure each project is progressing properly and identify new business opportunities

What we expect of you/Skills we’re looking for/Qualifications

  • 4+ years of previous work experience in lead generation, pre-sales and business development activities with a professional services or technology firm
  • B2B sales experience selling services or software/technology is preferred
  • Experience in compiling professional emails, pitches, and presentations
  • Proficient in dealing with senior client stakeholders with effective communication
  • Experience working with CRM and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Self-starter, with strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong sales aptitude, and drive to build up and lead a sales support function
  • The candidate who knows the art of the hustle, has a good understanding of how enterprise sales works, and how it has changed dramatically over the last decade
  • Someone who is passionate about working in a sales team
