Job Description

Office Manager

For our new location in Dammam we are looking for an Office Manager. You will be assisting our Account Manager and General Manager.

Tasks:
- Oversee day to day operations
- Manage administratative tasks
- Coordinate meetings and appointments
- Handle correspondence and communication
- Maintain office supplies and equipment
- Assist in HR related tasks if needed

Who are we looking for?
- Saudi nationality
- Fluent in English (both writter and Verbal)
- Experience in office management
- Strong organizational skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
