Main Function

Contribute to the development and implementation of effective trade marketing plan to maintain a consistent Company image, ensuring the application of product and brand standards. Maintain good working relationship with new and existing customers to establish client base, image, ensuring the application of product and brand standards and Proffer expert recommendation, advice to customers on suitable advertising & branding service. Promote & sell advertising & branding services to achieve monthly sales target.



Duties and Responsibilities

1. Execute trade marketing campaigns as per trade marketing calendar in line with company’s overall business & strategy.

2. Brainstorm, conceptualize and provide required information to Graphics team and work together to produce marketing collateral.

3. Generate Branding & Advertising income while ensuring a balanced approached between income and supplier support in-line with company’s overall business strategy to offer support to suppliers.

4. Effective implementation of Trade Marketing Plan .Prepare trade marketing presentations, Reports, and branding & advertising selling Plans.

5. Responsible for highlighting in-store promotion as per the trade promotion calendar.

6. Manage Branding & Advertising agreements for indoor & outdoor assets and maintain record for the same.

7. Ensure contractual agencies in compliance with T & Cs of contract.

8. Review advertisements contents, designs and scripts with collaboration of Graphics & Digital Marketing to ensure compliance with UC values, objectives and monitor implementation.

9. Assist in executing warehouse sale, in-store & in mall events if planned and available in the annual calendar.

10. Assisting preparing trade marketing budget.

11. Carry out all promotional campaigns administrative - related tasks such as obtaining quotations, conducts technical and financial assessment, prepare Memo as required for approval.

12. Follow up with service providers to ensure successful completion of assigned projects according to approvals, process delivery notes, and purchase orders to ensure timely payment.

13. Prepare minutes of meetings, progress reports, correspondence...etc. relevant to their work.

14. Maintain accurate and updated filing system.

15. Managing marketing & advertising budget and expenses reports.

16. Build a database of key contacts and VIP’s and establish ongoing communication with them.

17. Contributing to develop marketing plans and strategies, managing budgets and prepare weekly reports.

18. Supervising the effective distribution of marketing materials in all the branches.

19. Manage marketing KPI to achieve the organization objectives.

20. Follow-up with all the departments for their marketing needs.
