Job Description

Commercial:

1. Attending brand training sessions to understand the products being promoted. And able to explain the product advantages, composition, and usage to customers confidently and persuasively.

2. Set up and conduct product tastings for customers as per the promotional schedule and guidelines provided by the Commercial department. Ensure that the tasting area is well-organized and appealing to customers. And utilize the opportunity to upsell or cross-sell related product.

3. Provide periodic feedback that outline customers’ queries, interest, and suggestions.

4. Efficiently implement all mandatory customer service training techniques when engaging with customers.

5. Support the store management when not actively engaged in promotion towards product branding.

Operations:

1. Participate in special promotional events or campaigns for the supermarket to drive footfall and increase sales.

2. Consultation and navigation of customers in stores

Marketing:

1. Proactively encourage the customers to download the app while showcasing and promoting new product line. Additionally, provide valuable information to customers about the exceptional product quality and features.

2. Collaborate with marketing for effective promotions.
