Job Description

We are looking for a Digital Marketing and office Coordinator with graphic designing skills to join our team in a general trading company specializing in food and non-food products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a diverse range of tasks, including but not limited to Excel work, managing and optimizing Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google ads, handling customer retail billing, contributing to WordPress development, creating regular posts on various platforms including our blog, and having intermediate to advanced skills in CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop. This role is based in the United Arab Emirates, offering a starting salary of 2,000 to 3,000 AED per month and free accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:

Office:

  • Excel Work (Intermediate Level):
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to handle data analysis, reporting, and spreadsheet management.

Digital Marketing:

  • Create, manage, and optimize advertising campaigns on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads to promote our products and increase brand visibility.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments to improve ROI.

Customer Retail Billing:

  • Manage customer billing and invoicing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Address customer inquiries and resolve billing-related issues.
  • WordPress Development (Intermediate Level):
  • Contribute to the development and maintenance of our website, including content updates and plugin management.

Content Creation:

  • Create regular posts on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and the companys website blog to engage the audience and drive traffic.

Graphic Design

Utilize intermediate to advanced skills in CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop for graphic design and Poster/Posts Designing.

Qualifications:

  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in CorelDraw, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop.
  • Intermediate proficiency in Excel and WordPress.
  • Experience in managing social media advertising campaigns, particularly on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and Google Ads.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and principles is a plus.
