  • Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and events.
  • Assist with the preparation of documents, presentations, and reports.
  • Engage with clients in a courteous and helpful manner, addressing inquiries and directing them to the relevant personnel.
  • Ensure a high level of customer service in all interactions.
  • Manage office supplies, ensuring inventory is stocked and ordering supplies as needed.
  • Assist in the coordination of office maintenance and repairs.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain a clean and organized workspace.
  • Maintain accurate records of visitors, calls, and appointments.
  • Assist in maintaining databases and ensuring data integrity.
  • Arrange and set up meeting rooms, including audiovisual equipment and catering if necessary.
  • Record and distribute meeting minutes when required.
  • Monitor and control access to the premises, ensuring security protocols are followed.
