Job Description

- To generate sales in accordance with agreed targets and to maximize company profitability.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities which help the company achieve its strategic and business objectives.
- Provide customers and potential customers with information about company products and services.
- To process enquiries from clients to ensure that they receive the right property and service.
- Maintain regular contact with customers to identify their requirements.
- Keep customers informed of the progress of their properties and ensure that they are notified of any possible delays.
- Maintain good relations with customers to ensure that the company remains as the preferred supplier.
- Generate sales to achieve maximum profitability against monthly sales targets.
- Identify and exploit new sales opportunities with existing and potential customers.
- Establish and maintain effective communications links with other company departments to identify all sales opportunities.
- Maintain awareness of company products and services and of relevant sales techniques to ensure that the sales role is carried out as effectively as possible.
- Complete all relevant paperwork, keeping files organized and accessible.
- Attend networking functions, property shows, developers presentations.
- Develop a potential client base and agent network through quality customer service.
- Keep up to date with market trends and prices.
- Conduct presentations on properties to clients.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key customers to ensure that the companys maximum sales potential is realized and achieved.
- Generate lists of properties for sale, their location and description, and available sources of financing.
- Arrange for title searches to verify ownership and for meetings between buyers and sellers.
- Arrange favorable financing from a lender for the prospective buyer.
