PRIMARY PURPOSE

The Real Estate Consultant is a vital role within a real estate company, responsible for generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales transactions. Sales Agents play a key role in driving revenue growth and expanding the customer base. They work closely with clients, understand their needs, and provide professional guidance throughout the sales process.

to facilitate the buying and selling of properties for clients, guiding them through the real estate transaction process, providing expertise on local markets, negotiating deals, and ensuring a successful and satisfying real estate experience for both buyers and sellers.

Role Description:

Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their real estate needs, preferences, and goals.

Determine accurate property valuations through market analysis and evaluation of property condition.

Create compelling property listings that effectively highlight features and attract potential buyers.

Assist buyers in identifying suitable properties, arranging showings, and guiding them through the purchasing process.

Represent sellers by marketing their properties, coordinating showings, and negotiating offers.

Stay updated on market trends, property values, and local real estate developments to provide clients with informed advice.

Manage and oversee all aspects of real estate transactions, from contract to closing.

Generate leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, online platforms, and marketing campaigns.

Contact and engage potential clients, conduct property showings, and provide detailed information about available properties.

Build and maintain relationships with clients, understand their requirements, and offer suitable property options.

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPIERENCE

Educational Requirements / Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, or a related field.

Experience:

1-2 years of experience in sales or customer service roles.

Previous experience in sales, preferably in the real estate industry, is beneficial but not mandatory. New entrants to the industry can also be considered.

Skills and Competencies:

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.

Strong negotiation and persuasion skills to facilitate successful sales transactions.

Customer-oriented mindset with a focus on providing exceptional service and building long-term relationships.
