Job Description

Ø The camp supervisor is responsible for managing, maintaining highest safety and hygiene standards for all the company main and remote camps.

Ø Maintain full records of occupants, vacancies, transfers, and available spaces in real-time update

Ø Coordinating with HR, operations, and logistics to plan expansion, closing, downsizing, and shifting of company camps

Ø Maintaining a number of vacant rooms or places in each camp for emergency cases.

Ø Creating checklists for his camp bosses to cover daily tasks, and checks and weekly inspection that covers safety, hygiene, vacancy reports, maintenance requirements while conducting, by himself, monthly visits to all camps to ensure everything is okay.

Ø Plan and schedule maintenance to avoid unnecessary emergencies and make sure maintenance is performed correctly

Ø Keeping mobile number and email available 24/7 to address all emergencies at all times

Ø Receiving, processing and deciding for all accommodation requests coming from inside the company and making sure all requests are attended on time

Ø Following company accommodation policies and improving them in terms of number of people in the room, nationalities, and employee grade (Foreman, Technician, Labor)

Ø Follow-up all of the payments related to the accommodation and rental contracts and Electrical and water bills, and sewage services by making sure that there will be no service interruption.

Ø Submission of weekly camps report the management which should include the details of the occupants, available spaces, needs and maintenance reports.

Ø Adhering to company safety and liability policies and procedures

Ø Reports disciplinary problems and unusual practices of employees to the HR Manager.

Ø Reports to office on daily basis absenteeism and sick/medical reports

Ø Make sure that no workers are transferred to any site/camp without prior approval from HR Department, Operations and Management

Ø Making sure that no appliances are left on during working hours (such as A/Cs, Fans and lights)

Ø Making sure that no safety hazards are allowed inside the rooms such as boilers, and heaters.

Ø Ensuring general standards are implemented in the camps such as no smoking in the camps, no littering, and no loud noises.
