JOB SCOPE
We are currently seeking a dedicated IT Technician to join our team in Doha. This role demands a professional with a comprehensive understanding of both hardware and software systems, including an array of network and security protocols. The successful candidate will be instrumental in maintaining and enhancing our IT infrastructure, ensuring both optimal performance and robust security across all systems. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

- Provide comprehensive technical support for a wide range of hardware and software systems.
- Manage and optimize network systems, ensuring both peak performance and maximum security.
- Undertake project management duties as needed, demonstrating flexibility and capability in a variety of IT roles.
- Stay abreast of the latest IT trends and technologies, continuously advancing your knowledge and skills.
- Support the team in shift work, including evenings and nights, to maintain 24/7 operation efficiency.
- Be available for emergency call-outs, ensuring rapid response and resolution of critical IT issues as they arise.
EXPERIENCE AND KNOWLEDGE
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Deep proficiency across various IT domains, including but not limited to networking, security (firewalls), Windows servers and desktop environments, Azure, Microsoft 365, Cisco technologies, printer and MFD management, network storage solutions, and more.
- Proven experience in network management and security protocols.
- Capable of handling project management responsibilities with a proactive and diligent approach.
- A genuine passion for delivering exceptional IT support and a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
