We are seeking a Quality Assurance Specialist with experience in call center operations and real estate to ensure the delivery of exceptional service to our customers. Responsibilities:
- Conduct quality assessments of call center interactions, including phone calls, emails, and live chats, to ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures tailored to the call center and real estate operations.
- Provide feedback and coaching to call center agents and real estate professionals to improve performance and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) related to call center and real estate operations and identify areas for improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Prepare and present regular reports on quality assurance performance to management.
