Key Responsibilities:
- Targeted Project Acquisition: Actively seek out and secure projects within the following specific surveying domains:
- Laser Scanning to Building Information Modeling (BIM): Focus on projects that require high-precision laser scans of buildings and structures to create detailed BIM models for renovation, refurbishment, or construction planning.
- Underground Utilities Mapping: Specialize in the detection and mapping of underground infrastructure, using advanced technologies to ensure accurate location data for planning and development projects.
- Drone Survey: Pursue opportunities that require aerial surveying using drones, ideal for topographic surveys, construction site monitoring, and large-scale land mapping.
- Structural Scanning: Seek out projects needing detailed scans of existing structures to assess conditions, plan for renovations, or ensure structural integrity.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Specialized Surveying Projects: Demonstrated success in marketing and securing projects in laser scanning to BIM, underground utilities mapping, drone survey, and structural scanning. Familiarity with the technologies and methodologies used in these types of surveying projects is essential.
- Industry-Specific Network: Established relationships with consultants, construction firms, and other industry players who frequently engage in or require the specialized surveying services listed above.

المسؤوليات الرئيسية:
- استهداف اقتناص المشاريع: البحث بنشاط عن وتأمين المشاريع ضمن المجالات المحددة للمسح التالية:
- مسح الليزر إلى نمذجة معلومات البناء (BIM): التركيز على المشاريع التي تتطلب مسح بالليزر عالي الدقة للمباني والهياكل لإنشاء نماذج BIM مفصلة لأغراض التجديد، الترميم، أو التخطيط للبناء.
- رسم خرائط المرافق تحت الأرض: التخصص في الكشف ورسم خرائط البنية التحتية تحت الأرض، باستخدام تقنيات متقدمة لضمان دقة بيانات الموقع لمشاريع التخطيط والتطوير.
- المسح بالطائرات بدون طيار: السعي وراء فرص تتطلب مسحًا جويًا باستخدام الطائرات بدون طيار، مثالي للمسوحات التوبوغرافية، مراقبة مواقع البناء، ورسم خرائط الأراضي على نطاق واسع.
- الفحص الهيكلي: البحث عن مشاريع تحتاج إلى مسح دقيق للهياكل القائمة لتقي
المؤهلات:
- خبرة في مشاريع المسح المتخصصة: نجاح مثبت في التسويق وتأمين المشاريع في مسح الليزر لنمذجة معلومات البناء (BIM)، رسم خرائط المرافق تحت الأرض، المسح بالطائرات بدون طيار، والفحص الهيكلي. الإلمام بالتقنيات والمنهجيات المستخدمة في هذه الأنواع من مشاريع المسح ضروري.
- شبكة محددة بالصناعة: علاقات مؤسسة مع الاستشاريين، شركات البناء، وغيرها من اللاعبين الصناعيين الذين يشاركون بشكل متكرر أو يتطلبون خدمات المسح المتخصصة المذكورة أعلاه.
