Job Description
Title: VISA Consultant / Specialist.
Location: Burjman, Dubai
Responsibilities:
- Provide consultation to clients regarding visa requirements, application procedures, and documentation.
- Assist clients in completing visa application forms accurately and efficiently.
- Review and verify all supporting documents to ensure compliance with visa regulations.
- Communicate with relevant authorities and embassy/consulate personnel on behalf of clients.
- Keep abreast of changes in visa policies and regulations to provide up-to-date information to clients.
- Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to visa applications in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and visa application statuses.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field (e.g., International Relations, Political Science, Law) preferred.
- Proven experience as a Visa Consultant or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of visa regulations and procedures for various countries.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work efficiently under pressure.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications and software.
- Fluency in multiple languages is a plus.
