Position Summary:
The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth within UAE region for our event technology solutions. They will lead a team of sales leads, develop strategic sales plans, and cultivate strong relationships with key clients and partners to achieve revenue targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Leadership:
  • Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to penetrate the market and expand the customer base.
  • Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance management to ensure the success of the sales team.
  • Business Development:
  • Identify and prioritize target accounts and industries within the region.
  • Develop and nurture relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and partners.
  • Drive new business opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation activities.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to drive retention and upsell opportunities.
  • Understand client needs, challenges, and objectives to propose tailored solutions and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for escalated client issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Market Analysis and Strategy:
  • Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape, and market dynamics to identify growth opportunities and threats.
  • Provide insights and feedback to product management and marketing teams to enhance product offerings and positioning.
  • Develop pricing strategies, promotional campaigns, and value propositions to differentiate our solutions in the market.
  • Sales Operations:
  • Utilize CRM software to track sales activities, pipeline management, and forecast accuracy.
  • Prepare regular sales reports, performance metrics, and forecasts for management review.
  • Collaborate with sales operations and support teams to streamline processes and enhance efficiency.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration or related field. MBA preferred.
  • Proven track record of success in B2B sales, preferably in the technology or events industry.
  • Previous experience in sales leadership or management role, with demonstrated ability to drive team performance.
  • Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to identify and capitalize on market opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to travel within the region as needed.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (Zoho, Freshdesk, MS Suite).
