We are thrilled to announce an exciting opportunity to join our dynamic team as a Foamer for our Hennecke Jflex Machine at Symbol Mattress Industries L.L.C. We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven professional which having atleast 5 years experience for making foam . Any candidate which apply for this job must have at least 5 years experience in foaming with European machine preferable Hennecke Machine.

Position: Foamer Chemical Engineer

Location: [UAE]

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate foaming equipment to produce foam-based products such as Standard foam, visco foam , HR foam and other related products.
• Set up machinery according to production requirements and adjust settings as needed to achieve desired foam properties.
• Monitor equipment performance, including temperature, pressure, and foam density, to ensure optimal operation.
• Follow safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents and ensure a safe working environment.
• Conduct quality checks on foam products to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Foamer or in a similar role with having degree of Chemical Engineer
• Strong skill for making the foam of different variation
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Results-oriented with a track record of foaming in Hennecke Machine
• Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of [industry/sector] is a plus.
