Job Description

Hamilton Aquatics have a unique opportunity to help develop swimming in the Middle East, working across multiple countries as the Trainee Swimming Teacher. Hamilton Aquatics have a strong relationship with Swim England to keep our team developing and support our swimmers’ progression. We will utilise this to train selected individuals to become one of our Trainee Swimming Teachers.

The role allows the right candidate to experience different cultures, nationalities, teammates, and swimmers within world class facilities, whilst also working alongside a team of coaches who are regularly putting swimmers on international teams.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone with enthusiasm and passion, who once successfully trained will deliver swimming lessons in line with the Hamilton Aquatics philosophy and Hammy’s Learn to Swim criteria. You will effectively manage communication with your own classes and maintain a high level of customer service with the primary focus on customer satisfaction.

Key Objectives:

  • Successfully complete in-house training requirements to fulfil the role
  • To teach fun, safe, engaging and progressive swimming lessons to all children in Hammy’s Learn to Swim programme.
  • To update swimmers’ attendance, progress and movements on Hamilton Bay
  • To assist the Site Leader in any marketing activities, cancellations or site specific duties.
  • To represent Hamilton Aquatics in a professional and positive manner at all times, adhering to the company values.

Experience

Our ideal candidate will have experience of:

  • Minimum of 1 year teaching experience
  • Experience of working with children

Qualifications

  • Diploma or equivalent
  • English Language Qualification

(we will train selected individuals in the following lifeguarding and swimming teaching)

  • Lifeguarding
  • Saudi Swimming Federation
