Job Description

  • Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify potential hazards and non-compliance with safety regulations.
  • Develop and implement HSE policies and procedures to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
  • Provide training and education to employees on safety procedures and best practices.
  • Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses to determine root causes and recommend corrective actions.
  • Maintain and update safety data sheets and other documentation required by regulatory agencies.
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop risk mitigation strategies.
  • Monitor and evaluate HSE performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to ensure HSE requirements are integrated into project planning and execution.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of emergency response plans.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices in HSE to continuously improve the organizations safety program.
