Join our dynamic team at Key Capital Properties, a leading real estate firm dedicated to providing exceptional services in property sales, leasing, and management.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates using a variety of methods including networking, job boards, social media, and referrals.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, conduct reference checks, and facilitate the offer negotiation process.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with industry professionals, colleges, and other recruitment sources to expand the talent pool.
  • Stay current on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve recruitment processes and techniques.
  • Assist with onboarding activities to ensure a smooth transition for new hires into the organization.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in recruiting, preferably within the real estate industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully sourcing and hiring candidates for a variety of positions.
  • Strong understanding of real estate terminology, market trends, and industry dynamics.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and applicant tracking systems (ATS) is preferred.
