Tempering Operator: Minimum 7 yrs experience in glass tempering. GCC experience & ITI / University Graduate is a must.
- Reporting of Operation & Quality Related data for analysis to Superior
- To ensure the proper working conditions of the Glass Tempering/Heat Strengthening
- To ensure Tempering /Heat strengthening M/C, Tools, racks, trolleys & Working area are maintained.
- To ensure M/C running smoothly without any delay
- To check the glass for visual defects like Size, Stones, Coating, chips ,scratches , etc While Tempering
- To check the glass for visual defects like Waviness, bend, chips ,scratches , etc After Tempering.
- To ensure each glass have Proper Separators application.
- To review the Work Order on daily basis and ensure required Consumables are available for Tempering /Heat Strengthening.
