Our esteemed client, a frontrunner in the construction materials sector, specializing in building materials, is currently seeking a skilled Ready-Mix Concrete Pump Operator. This vital position entails the operation of concrete pump trucks. The ideal candidate will possess a robust blend of skills in concrete pump operation, equipment maintenance, and safety protocol adherence, ensuring high-quality service delivery to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- · Operate concrete pumps, managing their positioning and control to accurately deliver and pour ready-mix concrete at construction sites.
- · Perform detailed pre- and post-use inspections of the concrete pump to ensure its optimal condition, identifying any maintenance or repair needs.
- · Maintain strict adherence to safety protocols to prevent accidents or injuries on the job.
- · Conduct regular cleaning and maintenance of the concrete pump to ensure its peak operational efficiency.
- · Keep accurate records of concrete volume delivered, operational hours, and any incidents or challenges encountered. Maintaining daily job-related records is part of the responsibilities.
- · Coordinate closely with project managers and construction teams to ensure timely and efficient concrete pouring according to project schedules.
- · Report pumped quantity and pumping rate to Site Coordinator/Engineer and Report pumped quantity and pumping rate to Site Coordinator/Engineer.
- · Responsible for maintaining day-to-day job-related records.
