Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Immigration Sales Consultant to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for contacting sales leads, providing consultative services to prospective clients, and facilitating the immigration process from start to finish.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue sales opportunities within target markets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients through effective communication and follow-up.
  • Conduct comprehensive consultations to assess clients immigration needs and recommend suitable solutions.
  • Guide clients through the immigration process, including documentation preparation, application submission, and compliance requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of services.
  • Stay updated on immigration laws, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information and advice to clients.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while upholding high customer service and professionalism standards.

Requirements:

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, International Relations, or related field.
  • Proven track record of success in sales or customer service, preferably in the immigration or legal services industry.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust with diverse clientele.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Knowledge of immigration laws and regulations is preferred.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
