We are increasing staff in tele-calling team
Someone with proven experience in tele sales or call center can join us.
Meer Group of Investment in Commercial Enterprises and Management Co. LLC is a Global Investment Conglomerate headquartered in Dubai. Meer Group invests its capital in diversified asset classes including Software Engineering, Real Estate, Automotive, Foodstuffs, Media Productions, and SME Sectors.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to promote and sell available Products.
2. Identify and qualify leads, understanding customer needs, and effectively communicate product features and benefits.
3. Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including follow-up through messages, calls and emails.
4. Build and nurture positive relationships with customers to enhance customer satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
5. Stay informed about industry trends, product knowledge, and competitive offerings.
6. Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to optimize overall business performance.
7. Provide excellent customer service, address queries, and resolve issues to ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements:
. Proven experience in tele sales or call center is required.
. Strong verbal communication and active listening skills in Hindi & English is must.
. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
. Results-driven with a proactive working attitude.
. Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

We offer:
3000 to 5000 salary with commission (No targets)
Commission depending on the deals closed
